Manuel Leuthold - Chairman of the Board (Non-executive)
Manuel Leuthold is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Confignon, Switzerland.
Mr. Manuel Leuthold joined the Company in 2016 as member of the Board of Directors. He is currently also chairman of the board of the Banque Cantonale de Genève (BCGE) and of compenswiss (Swiss federal social security funds) and member of the board of Clinique Générale Beaulieu Holding SA, Genève and of Sustainable Real Estate Investment SICAV.
Jaume Sabater Martos - Vice Chairman of the Board (Executive)
Jaume Sabater Martos is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Commugny, Switzerland.
Mr. Jaume Sabater Martos joined the Company in 2015 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since then. Since 2015, he has been founding partner and CEO of Stoneweg SA, the asset manager of the Company.
He is currently the chairman of the board of Varia Swiss Realtech properties AG, and member of the Board of Varia Europe Properties AG.
From 2003 to 2014, Mr. Sabater worked for Edmond de Rothschild Group. Between 2003 and 2007, he held the function of first vice-president of the asset management team, and after 2007, he was in charge of the creation of a team specialised in real estate investment which launched the first Swiss real estate SICAV. Between 2007 and 2014, he acted as senior portfolio manager and as head of dedicated accounts and real estate. Mr. Sabater holds a master degree in international management from the Community of European Management Schools in St. Gallen University and ESADE Barcelona.
Taner Alicehic - Member of the Board (Non-executive)
Taner Alicehic is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Baar, Switzerland.
Mr. Taner Alicehic joined the Company in 2015 as member of the Board of Directors. He is a project founder and shareholder of Stoneweg SA, the asset manager of the Company.
He is currently the chairman of the board of Varia Europe Properties AG..
He is the founder and CEO of Real Estate Investment Solutions SA. Prior to 2008, he worked as head of investment strategies for real estate, fixed income as well as foreign exchange markets for Banque Cantonale Vaudoise. Mr. Alicehic holds a master degree in physics from Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne, Switzerland as well as a MBA from HEC of University of Geneva, Switzerland.
Patrick Richard - Delegate of the Board (Executive)
Patrick Richard is a Swiss citizen currently residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.
Mr. Patrick Richard joined the Company in 2016 as Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
Before focusing on the US real estate market, Mr. Richard co-founded in 2006 Procimmo SA, a Swiss regulated real estate asset manager. He served as the Chairman on its board from 2015 to 2019. He was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solufonds SA, a regulated fund management company from 2009 to 2012. Patrick Richard has a law degree from the University of Geneva and he passed the bar exam in Geneva. He followed several board education programs (Swiss board institute and IMD).
Dany Roizman - Member of the Board (Non-executive)
Dany Roizman is a Brazilian citizen and currently residing in Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland.
Mr. Dany Roizman joined the Company in 2015 as member of the Board of Directors. He is the CEO of BRAINVEST Wealth Management SA, which he founded in 2003. Prior to that, he worked for Banco BBM in Sao Paulo, Brazil (1993 to 1996) and for JP Morgan in Sao Paulo, Brazil, New York, United States, and Geneva, Switzerland (from 1996 to 2004). Mr. Roizman holds a bachelor degree in economics from PUC Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Beat Schwab - Member of the Board (Non-executive)
Dr. Beat Schwab is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Winterthur, Switzerland.
He joined the Company in 2016 as member of the Board of Directors. He was co-owner of Sevis AG, Facility Services from 1999 to 2004 and a member of the executive management of ISS Schweiz AG from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Dr. Schwab was the chief executive officer of Wincasa AG. From 2012 until June 2017 he served as the global head real estate in the asset management of Credit Suisse. Since 2017 he is an independent board member. Among others, he is chairman of the board of directors of Zug Estates Holding and member of the board of directors of Raiffeisen Switzerland.
Dr. Schwab completed his PhD degree at the University of Bern and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University.
Stefan Buser - Member of the Board (Non-executive)
Stefan Buser is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Unterengstringen, Switzerland.
Mr. Stefan Buser joined the Company in 2017 as member of the Board of Directors. Since 2015, he has been Head Integration Project and member of the Executive Board of Tertianum Group. From 2009 and 2015, Mr. Buser worked as CFO for SENIOcare. Between 2006 and 2009, he held the function of Head Risk & Sustainability Services at KPMG Switzerland. Prior to 2006, he worked as CFO for Graf Group.
Mr. Buser holds a MBA from the University of Zurich and he is a chartered accountant. Mr. Buser also holds a certificate in Corporate Governance (IDP-C) from INSEAD.
Pierre Grégoire Baudin - Member of the Board (Non-executive)
Pierre Grégoire Baudin is a Swiss citizen and currently residing in Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland.
Mr. Baudin joined the Company in 2020 as a member of the Board of Directors.
He is the founder and chairman of the board of Artémis Gestion SA, an independent family office and wealth management boutique located in Wollerau, Switzerland. He is currently also a Member of the board of Varia Europe Properties AG, as well as Karzo Ltd. Pte, Qashier Ltd and UangCermat Ltd, all located in Singapore.
Prior to this he was First Vice President of Dreyfus Sons & Co. Ltd, Basel, Switzerland, managing a portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI.
Mr. Baudin holds a master degree in sciences from Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne, Switzerland and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College, USA.

Patrick Richard - CEO and Founder - Stoneweg US
Patrick Richard is a Swiss citizen currently residing in St. Petersburg, Florida, USA.
Mr. Patrick Richard joined the Company in 2016 as Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
From early 2016, Mr. Richard has worked for Stoneweg SA, the asset manager of the Company, where he is currently head of US investment.
He is the founder and CEO of Stoneweg US LLC. Before focusing on the US real estate market, Mr. Richard co-founded in 2006 Procimmo SA, a Swiss regulated real estate asset manager. He served as the Chairman on its board from 2015 to 2019. He was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Solufonds SA, a regulated fund management company from 2009 to 2012. Sam Palmer - EVP of Asset Management and Development - Stoneweg US
Serving as the EVP of Asset Management and Development, Sam Palmer joined the Company in December 2020 and was named a member of the Leadership Team in early-2021. As head of the Asset Management Team, Sam is responsible for overseeing high-level operations at all 50+ properties in the Company's portfolio. Sam also leads the Company's Development Team and is tasked with sourcing and developing ground-up multifamily projects, with a pipeline currently at 1000 units. Sam's industry experience spans over 20 years and includes senior executive and advisory roles in both institutional investment and nationally focused development companies. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada in History and Political Science.
Karen Weller - EVP, Chief Financial Officer - Stoneweg US
Karen Weller joined the Stoneweg US as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July 2022. She oversees the Company’s finance and accounting functions. Karen’s experience includes senior level positions with “Big Four” accounting firm Deloitte and Touche in several different countries. She also has held leadership roles in various companies including LNR Property Corporation, Royal Caribbean Cruises, the Related Group, and most recently, with Housing Trust Group where she served as the Chief Financial Officer. She is an alumnus of The University of Calgary, where she obtained a BCOMM degree, and is a CPA, CTP and CA.
Thibaud Maréchal - Portfolio Manager - Stoneweg Asset Management
Thibaud Maréchal joined Stoneweg Asset Management SA in October 2016. Thibaud previously worked as a real estate portfolio manager at Edmond de Rothschild.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and a Master’s in Real Estate from l’Institut d’Etudes Immobilières (IEI), Geneva.
Meryl Iwulski - Corporate Secretary - Stoneweg Asset Management
Meryl Iwulski joined Stoneweg Asset Management in 2020 as corporate secretary. After obtaining the Luxembourg bar exam, she held several positions as legal counsel in multinational companies headquarted in France, Germany and Switzerland. She holds a Master of Law and an LL.M.
