An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Varia US Properties AG took place today in Zurich. A total of 5,890,707 voting shares corresponding to 58.17% of the Company’s entire share capital were represented either in person, by an individual proxy or by the independent proxy. The shareholders approved the sole motion on the EGM’s agenda, i.e.the distribution of an extraordinary dividend amounting to CHF 3.00 per share, payable on 9 November 2023 (together with the next regular quarterly dividend distribution of CHF 0.50, as approved by the annual general meeting in April 2023). Like the regular quarterly dividend distribution, the extraordinary dividend will also be paid out in equal parts from available earnings and from the statutory capital reserves.
